"Il Duca", the real one, was Massimo. He inherited his passion for catering from his family and opened the restaurant in 1988. Over the years, he has been assisted in the management by his wife Anna. Their passion keeps the tradition of authentic Roman cuisine alive, paying attention to recipes handed down through generations.
